Fair deal given today's Covid woes. Jeff was outstanding. Both communicative, and energetic, he took great pains to explain and respond to all questions and issues. We never felt rushed. Debbie, the finance person explained warranty and care options without being pushy or condescending. Overall, a very positive dealer experience. The car was immaculate, with a full tank of gas and thorough explanation during the walk through. Fantastic experience start to end! we look forward to working with this team again when we next need a lease or car purchase. We've always felt that the people you deal with and their attitudes are equally important as the brand and actual vehicles you are shopping for. Kudos! More

We selected this dealer because we have had our older Mazda serviced there and were very pleased with their honesty and professionalism. This is a sister dealership to Huntington Beach Mazda where we originally purchased our older Mazda. It was convenient they had all our service records on file and they were just as helpful. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The owner came and introduced himself personally and gave us his card in case we needed anything. The personal touch was nice and is hard to find these days. Janell was the person who responded to my email inquiries. We developed a good working relationship even before we met in person at the dealership. She was very friendly and easy to work with. She answered all our questions and found us the exact model we wanted in spite of the supply chain issues everyone is facing. We had to wait a couple weeks for our car to be delivered, but she kept us updated and had excellent communication through the entire process. I recommend this dealership and Janell was wonderful to work with. More

I had a great experience at Tustin Mazda. I first contacted the dealership looking to sell my truck and Omar Jasso quickly reached out to help. He was very friendly and eager to help. Because of this contacted the dealership looking to sell my truck and Omar Jasso quickly reached out to help. He was very friendly and eager to help. Because of this, I decided to also go to the dealership and test drive some new cars. I had no clue what I wanted and Omar took his time to learn more about me, my budget, and how I would use the car. Based on that info, he recommended the Mazda3 and CX-30 and we drove them both. I could not buy that day because I am in the process of buying a house and had to speak to my loan officer first but as soon as I received the approval to move forward I set up another appointment. When I came back, I decided on the Mazda3 Hatchback and the sales process was seamless. From beginning to end, Omar went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and he kept me informed every step of the way. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership and that was due to the outstanding customer service provided by Omar and the rest of the team at Tustin Mazda. It was awesome working with Omar and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More
