I had a great experience at Tustin Mazda. I first contacted the dealership looking to sell my truck and Omar Jasso quickly reached out to help. He was very friendly and eager to help. Because of this, I decided to also go to the dealership and test drive some new cars. I had no clue what I wanted and Omar took his time to learn more about me, my budget, and how I would use the car. Based on that info, he recommended the Mazda3 and CX-30 and we drove them both. I could not buy that day because I am in the process of buying a house and had to speak to my loan officer first but as soon as I received the approval to move forward I set up another appointment. When I came back, I decided on the Mazda3 Hatchback and the sales process was seamless. From beginning to end, Omar went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and he kept me informed every step of the way. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership and that was due to the outstanding customer service provided by Omar and the rest of the team at Tustin Mazda.
