These are challenging times for dealerships. There is a significant shortage of new vehicles which has driven many to add a premium to the MSRP. The days of expecting to get a “deal” at year’s end is but a significant shortage of new vehicles which has driven many to add a premium to the MSRP. The days of expecting to get a “deal” at year’s end is but a memory of days gone by. While I wanted to purchase from a dealer closer to my home, locally they were marking up $2-6,000. I returned to Tustin Mazda where I had purchased my two previous vehicles. I was greeted cheerfully and I simply asked, “how much over MSRP are you selling vehicles?” I was told, we are not selling over MSRP. With that, they had a customer. I valued the idea “the shortage is temporary, and at Tustin Mazda we want a customer for life.” From there I began working with Charles. From the beginning he was a cheerful, knowledgeable and a genuine sales agent. He kept me informed and protected my sale when I was going to be delayed in picking up my vehicle. I would recommend Charles and Tustin Mazda to my friends and family. More

I was interested in transitioning from my leased Mazda to a new model. After going to three other dealerships in Orange County, I landed in Tustin Mazda, hoping for a better experience. By chance, I happen a new model. After going to three other dealerships in Orange County, I landed in Tustin Mazda, hoping for a better experience. By chance, I happened to connect with Jeff Lesniak in sales. He was respectful, personable, diplomatic-without-pressure, and very experienced - totally professional. I thought turning in my leased Mazda for a newly purchased one would be a beaurocrstic nightmare, but it wasn't. AND, Tustin Mazda even processed my new license plates, saving me from the hassle of going to the DMV. No other dealership (that I know of) does this as a courtesy for their customers.. Tustin Mazda called me a couple of weeks later to simply pick up the plates, which they installed for me in 5 minutes, without me even having to exit my car! Lastly, I just went in for my 1st oil change on my new car yesterday. The service advisors and support staff couldn't be better. And, the waiting area, restroom and entire dealership is clean, modern, and full of smiles and good energy. That is a sign of positive work culture that trickles down to what the customer perceives when they enter the business. Good vibes, professional all around. So glad I found Tusin Mazda! More
