Jim is a Sales person who takes the time to know and understand his clients, personally. He was able to read us and respected our desire and honesty in making a purchase. Over the last 35 years, we were tired of the “proverbial Cat & Mouse” games of buying a new car. Jim only presented what we wanted and could afford. By flat out divulging our budget and terms, Jim was able to work with us to find the product that we wanted and could afford. If you are in the market to buy a new car we strongly recommend seeking out and visiting Jim Feinstein. Jim is very patient! We started this process in Early March and made our purchase in November. A shout out to Management of Tustin/Huntington Beach Mazda. We love the professionalism, courtesy and value you provided us. Awesome service! Thanks Damian and the mechanics for taking care of my Mazda. It was nice that they even sent a video while they were going through the car, it was very informative.
