Fantastic dealership! When we bought our most recent car, we worked with Jeff and Larry. Both of them were easy to work with, respectful, and kind. While we were shopping for our newest car, Jeff was kind, patient, and presented us with a variety of options that fit our needs. He did not try to push us into more features or options than we wanted. He spent a great deal of time with us as we contemplated a variety of options. When we were ready to buy, he kept us informed and was transparent throughout the process. We appreciate how he continues to follow up with us even after we purchased the car and checks in with us after each service appointment. How often does a salesperson follow up AFTER the purchase?!? Jeff does! He clearly is passionate about providing customers with comprehensive, high-quality service. Larry was easy to work with when we had decided on the car, happily took us on another test drive when we were making our final decision, and even found a color combination at another dealership he was willing to bring over to ensure we were happy with our choice. We would be happy to go back and work with Jeff, Larry, and the Tustin Mazda team! Damian, Mike, and the entire service department is also excellent. They have been helpful with any issue that we’ve had. This is our third Mazda, and we choose this dealership for all of our service needs because of their quality work and honesty. During the buying process, Lori was fantastic. We were kept so informed and never pressured. She was very honest and patient during the entire transaction. We can’t say enough good things about this dealership and Mazda in general. Jeff (the general manager) and John (the owner) were both incredibly accessible and helpful. They clearly take pride in providing the best service, value, and experience to their customers. This dealership has been nothing but honest and easy to work with. In the rare instance we had concerns or questions, we can easily contact anyone at the dealership and be treated with respect. Yesterday I bought my 9th Mazda from this dealership and it still is a pleasure doing business with them. They have a huge inventory and I got a 2021 Mazda CX-5 in a gorgeous red color w/white leather inte it still is a pleasure doing business with them. They adhered to all of the covid safety rules while making it quite comfortable and fun shopping there. Larry is my all time fav salesman because he really goes to bat for the customer. Omar was awesome! We purchased a carbon edition CX-5 that had to be ordered for us and he kept us updated every step of the way. I bought a Mazda 3 from Tustin Mazda in 2009 and although it's still in great shape decided it was time to update to a newer model. I arrived at 10 AM and drove out in my new CX-30 just past 1. Jim took the time to review what I was looking for and then grabbed a different colored model for me to test after I looked at my first choice and decided I wasn't thrilled with it. He gave me a few pointers and then turned me loose to take it out for a solo test drive. I think Jim knows that Mazda models can pretty much sell themselves so there was no hard sell or push to get into the new car. We settled trade in and price for new car in a few minutes and after filling out the standard stack of paperwork he sat down and gave me a run through on how to navigate the new car. He made the point a couple times, and it's certainly true, that our modern cars are now almost a hybrid of auto and computerized cockpit so I was certainly grateful for the initial handholding and training. Love the car and am lucky to have been served by Jim. More
