Downsize and Upgraded OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get the best deal I could and although it wasn't quite where it needed to be, Janell assured me she can work with my trade in and credit score. Less than a day after speaking to her, I'm driving out of the dealership with a Brand New Mazda 3 which was exactly what I was looking for. Janell was a pleasure to work with, even going as far as watching my 18 mo old daughter while we finished up the paperwork with Debbie in finance who was also a great help.
