let's being with Janell and end with Janell: from the initial phone call, application, visit and purchasing the vehicle, Janell made me feel like a Million Dollar Person... I thought I was at the Ritz Ca initial phone call, application, visit and purchasing the vehicle, Janell made me feel like a Million Dollar Person... I thought I was at the Ritz Carlton - Greeted by Victor, and Red Carpet by Debbie at the Front Desk. I had reached out to another Mazda Dealership within 10 miles from this location, and just by speaking with her over the phone or should I say, "she never listen to the type of vehicle (CX-5) that I wanted; not knowing that I am in the Hospitality Business. Never received a warm and friendly welcome or a professional conversation, so I just release the call. Another great experience with Tustin Mazda! I have now purchased a few cars from this dealership and they do everything to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.
