I am loving my new 2020 CX-9 I am extremely satisfied with all of the interactions that I had with Jim Feinstein , Very attentive to my needs and wants even in a Pandemic. I bought a new 2020 CX-9 and the car does everything that I was told it would. It is also a beautiful car. This was the easiest purchase that I have ever made at a dealership. Great group of people from the Receptionist to the Owner. I highly recommend Tustin Mazda. You have to give Tustin Mazda a try You will not be disappointed and there is no pressure. More

Downsize and Upgraded OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get OC Mazda had the only available Mazda 3 with the interior I was looking for and Janell made it happen. I had been working on my credit in order to get the best deal I could and although it wasn't quite where it needed to be, Janell assured me she can work with my trade in and credit score. Less than a day after speaking to her, I'm driving out of the dealership with a Brand New Mazda 3 which was exactly what I was looking for. Janell was a pleasure to work with, even going as far as watching my 18 mo old daughter while we finished up the paperwork with Debbie in finance who was also a great help. Even Larry was helpful in welcoming us and getting us to where we needed to be. I truly appreciate the professionalism and experience at Tustin (OC) Mazda. Keep up the great work you guys. More
