Omar is awesome! I have an automatic dislike towards car salesmen. But I really liked Omar. I told him what I wanted prior to arriving. My CX-5 was detailed and ready to go! . Great customer service! Prior to my appointment, I spoke to Joshua on the phone, who was able to immediately accommodate my schedule and let me know to come in whenever I was Prior to my appointment, I spoke to Joshua on the phone, who was able to immediately accommodate my schedule and let me know to come in whenever I was available that day. Upon arrival, Joshua welcomed me by my car right away and informed me of all the procedures that were going to be taken. In addition to my car's service, I also needed to fix the handle since it was broken. Joshua kept me in the loop the entire time as I was waiting for my car, and made sure to call and text me with updates. I really appreciated his diligence throughout the process! More
