Chance Asue Rocks! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Chance. I was interested in a Mazda CX-30. I contacted 2 other dealerships in my a I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Chance. I was interested in a Mazda CX-30. I contacted 2 other dealerships in my area before contacting Tustin. One never did get back to me, so I reached out to one other as well as Tustin. Within 5 minutes of sending my online request for information, I received a call from Chance. We made arrangements for a test drive the next day. (Two days later I finally heard from one the 2nd dealer. I told them they were too late!) Chance was pleasant to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. After our test drive I ordered my car on the spot. A few days later, I picked up the car. Despite being slammed with customers when I arrived, Chance seamlessly fit me in and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I've purchased quite a few cars over the years. Chance was the best I've ever dealt with . He is a true gem!!! More

I would like to send a special shout out to Mr. Jim Feinstein. We purchased 2 vehicles with him last month(yes, he was that good)and the level of service from not only Jim, but the entire staff, was ex Feinstein. We purchased 2 vehicles with him last month(yes, he was that good)and the level of service from not only Jim, but the entire staff, was extraordinary. From the initial calls/txts, to the first time stepping on the dealership floor, to driving off in our new vehicles, the experience was something we will never forget. I did not ever expect to have this feeling from a dealership purchase. Great Customer Experience with OC Mazda - Not others I did my research and found the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve I was interested in online, called the dealership and was connected with Victor. He I did my research and found the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve I was interested in online, called the dealership and was connected with Victor. He was responsive, located the vehicle and transported it to the Tustin location, which was more convenient for me. I test drove the vehicle at 4:00 PM that same day, we agreed on a price and I purchased it. Victor was humble, knowledgeable, "no pressure", and I felt like he genuinely wanted my business. Prior to this, I visited another Mazda Dealer in OC, spoke with the Sales Manager, test drove the vehicle and he nor his Sales Professional never even followed up with me, after I told them what I wanted and that I would be purchasing a vehicle within the next few weeks. Working with Victor was a pleasure and this was the best car buying experience I've had. The owner was also walking around greeting customers and engaging with his employees. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Victor. Thanks for a great experience. More

Very smooth, no-pressure process with Jim I had an extremely specific vehicle and trim combination I was looking for, and most dealerships I contacted wanted to push what they already had in i I had an extremely specific vehicle and trim combination I was looking for, and most dealerships I contacted wanted to push what they already had in inventory on me. Not at all the case with Jim at Tustin Mazda. He was very transparent up front about my cost out the door, so there were no surprises when I got to the dealership. We communicated via email, and he was very responsive yet patient. The whole experience was great! I got the car I wanted, wasn't pressured to get something I didn't want, and got a good deal to boot! Highly recommend Jim and the Tustin dealership. More
