After a few phone calls we set up an appointment for me to pick up the vehicle. Joshua was on time and very good at communicating as he showed me all the features of my new vehicle. When I went into the financing I was relieved that as we went over several option in regard to extended warranties and protections the sales approach was informative but not aggressive . I walked in and out of Tustin Mazda in about one hour. If you are looking for a fair deal and great customer service then Tustin Mazda should be the first place to go. More

I inquired online and was able to get pre-approved before coming into the dealership which took a potentially stressful part of the purchase digital. I scheduled an appointment with Chance and he was able to see me right on time. Chance was extremely knowledgable about the different trims and options. Pricing was very transparent and they didn't make me jump through hoops to get a fair price which is exactly why I am leaving this review. Finally, the process of going through finance and going over the options went smoothly as well. I definitely recommend checking out Tustin Mazda if you are considering a new car! More

In fact, the owner, John Patterson emailed me once (perhaps an automatically triggered email) to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, but then responded to my response with a personal email of heart felt thanks and gratitude.
