You scratch a winning ticket and it reads "Jim Feinstein" I was browsing through dealerships' online reviews and came across OC Mazda which had a 4.5 stars rating based off over 1,000 views! I definitely had I was browsing through dealerships' online reviews and came across OC Mazda which had a 4.5 stars rating based off over 1,000 views! I definitely had to take a look on that and so I was interested in the Mazda brand since I did research and after they left Ford and became independent, I felt their quality has caught up to the top Japanese brands, Toyota and Honda. It did not hurt to try and so I hit up an interest on the CX-5 and the following day, Jim called me and informed me he would be waiting to meet me in person. I followed up on his offer and upon arriving at the dealership, I was amazed at how the presentation of their studio was. There were lots of people walking in and out of the office, and I could see they were all very busy. As I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and I asked her I had an appointment with Jim. She told me to wait for a moment while she finds him, but she offered me water and I gracefully declined. After a couple of minutes, Jim arrived and we went to business. I was amazed he remembered the model I was inquiring about since he probably had lots of customers on his hands as well but alas he helped me and got me to take a test drive on the CX-5. Of course, I already had driven this car at previous dealerships but taking another ride wasn't a discourage at all. Afterward, we sat on the table and played poker negotiation with each other as with any and all dealerships but since I was tired that day and wanted a new car, I just got straight to business and he was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process even though it was going near and after the closing hours. After we finally settled on a price, he assisted with me setting up through finance and moving my belonging from my old vehicle to the new CX-5. He had the car ready for me on the parking lot after I finished signing all the paperwork and he made sure I was comfortable and ready to drive safely back home. He even helped took awesome pictures of me with the new vehicle. As such, with over 17 years of experience, I'm sure he has lots of memorable experiences with customers. I can see why him and the OC Mazda has such a high rating because I believe Jim is part of that equation to ensure his customer leaves happy with their purchase. More
