I cannot emphasize enough how good of an experience I had buying my new car at this dealership. I worked with Omar and after reaching out to about 5 different dealerships it became immediately apparent that buying my new car at this dealership. I worked with Omar and after reaching out to about 5 different dealerships it became immediately apparent that he was the guy to go with. He cared about getting me every discount in the book that I qualified for and worked night and day (I’d text him questions at midnight that he’d reply to) to make the process as smooth as possible. He even went so far as to personally go to a neighboring dealership to pick up the model+trim+color I wanted since their shipment was delayed. Within the span of 4 days I had gone from looking into a dealership to signing the paperwork with a smile on my face. Also of note, this dealership doesn’t try to rip you off with hidden add-ons (like door guards) that you only realize you’re paying for when you’re halfway through the paperwork. I got an excellent deal on my extended warranty with Debbie, and they don’t charge a ton of hidden dealership fees; just their $85 dollar document fee and the standard DMV registration etc... stuff. Another little perk was the included two free maintenances for buying at Tustin Mazda. All-in-all the best car buying experience I could’ve asked for. More
