Very knowledgeable, experienced, and full of tips and wisdom, Larry was there until past closing and patiently ensured i was all set up in my new Mazda CX-30 and that I knew all its safety and main features. He also checked all my belongings were transferred from the leased car I was returning (and even checked places that I had missed). Janelle was the internet sales person who originally helped me but even when she was not at work (sick and at home), she texted me to follow up, to make sure their dealership would get my business. The service department is well staffed and making appointments online is a breeze. The amenities here will make you want to wait onsite for service to be done: full beverage bar, snacks and fruits, plenty of seating and table tops for you to work if needed, free wi-fi and charging stations! Highly recommend that you shop different dealerships to get the best price but OC Mazda in Tustin is where you’ll want to close the deal and get serviced. More

Omar's Customer Service is Exceptional! Easiest Buy Ever. Just purchased a new MX-5 Miata with Omar's assistance. I knew exactly what trim and color I wanted, which was not available yet in the U.S. Omar trac Just purchased a new MX-5 Miata with Omar's assistance. I knew exactly what trim and color I wanted, which was not available yet in the U.S. Omar tracked one down on its way from Japan and secured it for me. No attempts to up-sell to higher (available) models beyond simply asking the question once. Omar was prompt, courteous and extremely professional throughout the process and very knowledgeable about the MX-5 (he drives one too). No obnoxious sales tactics, no pressure, just delivered exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. My experience with other staff at Tustin Mazda was similarly professional and concise. We could not come to a deal on my trade-in, but I can understand a high-volume Mazda dealership probably does not want to deal with a 6 year old Mercedes. A little negotiation at the end about financing (pretty minor), but I left with exactly the deal I wanted. Typical presentation of extended warranties and dealer options was brief and no-pressure. Clearly this dealership sells a lot of cars and knows how to just get it done. Excellent all around! More
