Rossi Is Wonderful — Best Car Buying Experience I’ve been looking at getting a (new-to-me) used Mazda for months now, my second one after losing mine in a freak accident last fall. When I saw one I liked on the OC Mazda website, I called and spoke to Rossi, who went above and beyond to get the car transferred back to the location and worked with me on a time to come in and test drive it. From there the process was as smooth as can be — Rossi was so kind and worked really hard to get my a great deal on my car. The dealership was wonderful also — everybody I met with so so nice (including the owner who stopped in to introduce himself and bring my mom and me bottles of water). I can’t say enough about how painless and, actually, joyful the car buying process was. I’ve never had a better experience with a salesperson or at a dealership and would highly recommend anyone interested in Mazda as a brand to meet with Rossi at Tustin Mazda. When I was finished with the financing and contract signing he even had had my car cleaned and put a bow on it, and sat with me in it before I left the lot to help me sync my phone and make sure I understood all the car’s features. I came from LA for the car and if I was in need of another would go back to him in a heartbeat before I would go to a closer dealer. More

After getting some offers on my wife's 2012 Honda Civic we went to Tustin Mazda to see if they would match the offer. Victor was very helpful from the very beginning. My first car buying experience wasn't we went to Tustin Mazda to see if they would match the offer. Victor was very helpful from the very beginning. My first car buying experience wasn't the best so this time I had a Car Pro Priority Pass but felt so welcome and comfortable I completely forgot about it. Victor showed us all the trim models of the Mazda 3 and CX-5 and we test drove most of them until we found the perfect one for my wife. He never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and he was very patient with us. They matched the offer on my wife's car and their initial offer on the CX-5 we picked was so good we didn't even need to haggle. After the deal was made Debbie in finance walked us through all the contract talk so we actually understood everything. She was very pleasant and actually made the entire process fun. We had such a great experience we went back to Victor 2 weeks later to pick out a Mazda 3 for myself. We even requested Debbie again. It felt great walking back in and feeling at home. From the General Manager to the President John everybody we met truly made our experience incredible. If anyone ever talks about how stressful and exhausting buying a new car is, it will be great to tell them not every dealership is like that and I'll send them over to our new friends at Tusin Mazda.
