I had a great experience from when I first went to look at my new car till when I purchased my car. Javier was friendly and easy going, I never felt hassled and he kept in touch every step of the way makin at my new car till when I purchased my car. Javier was friendly and easy going, I never felt hassled and he kept in touch every step of the way making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. What made this experience the best one yet was Javiers friendliness and that he was so personable. I felt he wasn’t just after my business, but he was actually interested in making sure I was getting a good deal and that I was happy in the end. Eric Casillas was one of the managers who came over to say hi and he was great. He was friendly, very funny and straightforward with nothing up his sleeves (like he said). Debbie in finance was also great, helped me with all the paper work and got me out of there quickly. I love my new car and am very happy with my overall experience. If you are looking for a hassle free amazing experience, you must go see Javier at Tustin Mazda because you won’t be disappointed. More

CX-5 Prestige purchase/Jim Feinstein I contacted Jim Feinstein on Saturday by email. We worked out pricing via phone and my wife and I were able to take delivery on the following Tuesday I contacted Jim Feinstein on Saturday by email. We worked out pricing via phone and my wife and I were able to take delivery on the following Tuesday afternoon. He came in on his day off to ensure our delivery went smoothly. Our CX-5 was perfectly prepped. Jim was very patient in demonstrating all the new tech. I recommend Jim highly and will buy from him again. Everyone I met at the dealership was very polite and professional. I will return for service even though I live over an hour away. More

CHANCE: KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND THE BEST! I would highly recommend purchasing a Mazda, but most of all I would recommend Chance. I am a 20 year old college student who just bought her first car! I don't know that it would have been such a simple decision if it wasn't for Chance. Chance was so patient with me and made sure I knew everything about the car before purchasing it! He is extremely knowledgeable, consistent, and takes note of what you would need/want in a car. My family has always owned Toyotas, but we changed that after our experience with Chance!
