Very knowledgeable, experienced, and full of tips and wisdom, Larry was there until past closing and patiently ensured i was all set up in my new Mazda CX-30 and that I knew all its safety and main features. He also checked all my belongings were transferred from the leased car I was returning (and even checked places that I had missed). Janelle was the internet sales person who originally helped me but even when she was not at work (sick and at home), she texted me to follow up, to make sure their dealership would get my business. The service department is well staffed and making appointments online is a breeze. The amenities here will make you want to wait onsite for service to be done: full beverage bar, snacks and fruits, plenty of seating and table tops for you to work if needed, free wi-fi and charging stations! Highly recommend that you shop different dealerships to get the best price but OC Mazda in Tustin is where you’ll want to close the deal and get serviced. More
