The BEST experience start to finish!! I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Tustin Mazda! We live 3.5 hours away and I had found pre-owned car online and was a little we I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Tustin Mazda! We live 3.5 hours away and I had found pre-owned car online and was a little weary of driving that far for it but I and was lucky enough to be contacted by Janell who was wonderful from start to finish! This was our first purchase from a dealership and she walked me through the whole process and made me feel completely comfortable. She provided accurate description and honest answers about the vehicle we were interested in. She kept in great contact from start to finish and comminuted with me via email and text - even on her birthday!! Once we made the drive she was even more amazing in person! She even helped us with an unexpected snafu with our Pre-Approved loan and ended up getting us an even better rate on the spot! she checked up on us the next day to see how the drive home was. Honestly would make the drive a hundred times over to have such amazing customer service! Thank you Janell!!! More
