I looked at the luxury brands, Lexus and Acura and then saw an ad for the Mazda CX-5. After test driving one, I was impressed and began reaching out to different dealers. I had a very specific car interior and color in mind. Omar was fantastic! He listened, was prompt in responding, followed up and found me the perfect car! His dealership was transparent with their pricing, they responded with numbers via text and email and did not play any games when I came in to sign the paperwork. All was as they had promised. I would highly recommend this dealership. Omar and Lori (in finance )were professional, and made this a great experience! ( And I love my car!) More

No-pressure sales Had a great experience with Janell Keogh at Tustin Mazda! She contacted me after I viewed an Acura MDX online. She understood that I was just lookin Had a great experience with Janell Keogh at Tustin Mazda! She contacted me after I viewed an Acura MDX online. She understood that I was just looking and wasn’t ready to buy yet. She sent me additional photos and gave me her info if I was interested in the future. A week later she texted me and let me know the car was being transferred to another dealership so if I wanted to take a look it was only available at her location for a few more days. I set up a time to come drive the car and it was in excellent condition and priced so low I didn’t even have to argue about price. I’d been looking at used MDXs for several months and this one was 4K lower than any other MDX in the area with the mileage and options I wanted. Janell got me set up with a test drive so I could take it to a mechanic in Tustin for an inspection. The car passed with flying colors. The dealership’s bank initially gave me a 5.99 APR on my financing (which was higher than I thought I could get considering my 830 credit score). The dealership contacted the bank and got me a lower rate (3.59). They also offered a very reasonable warranty option on the MDX for about $45 /month. Janell was great to work with. She was very personable and never once made me feel pressured. Also, Lori made the final paperwork process go very smooth.. an absolute professional! Overall great experience! I would definitely go back! More

Awesome first car buying experience!! Omar first reached out to me in regards to the inquiry I placed on Costco. He was able to have me come in the same day to check out the Mazda CX-5! Janell greeted me when I first arrived and helped me out since Omar was finishing up with another customer. She was able to let me check out the different versions of the car and even talked to me about her personal experience with buying a CX-5! She started by getting all the paperwork ready and Dong finished up the paperwork and made the process very personable as well! All in all the process was easy and painless I would most definitely go back to Tustin Mazda for future car purchases! Everyone was so friendly! More
