With this in mind, you better like your team that is helping you navigate the process. Javier Carvente was a fantastic guide through our car choice, trade in, and leasing process. He was a great listener for our needs and priorities. We had called ahead so he pulled a car into the shade for us to look at, which was especially nice on a hot day. He is well versed in all of the features and specs of the CX-5 we were interested in. He ensured that we were comfortable and well hydrated while the paperwork process began and then we even got a certificate for free ice cream from an ice cream truck that pulled up outside. Since I realized I'll be back for maintenance, I really appreciated the tour of the service area and the review of the ride service and loaner car possibilities. Our visit was made all the more warm and inviting by the dealership owner, John Patterson stopping to chat with us. It was my observation that the high EQ (interpersonal skills) starts at the top and becomes a culture at this dealership with everyone who interfaces with the customers. I feel really good about my choice of cars and my choice of dealerships. More

Buying a new car is never a fun experience. I was referred to Josh and I called him up and told him what kind of car I was looking for. The car was not at Tustin he is never a fun experience. When I arrived that evening the car I requested was there waiting for me. Josh went out of his way and while I was waiting to sign documents he bought me dinner. All dealerships offer similar cars at similar prices. What distinguishes OC Mazda in Tustin from the rest is their excellent customer service and attention to every detail. Larry Henderson was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. All other encounters from phone, test drive to finance, were handled pleasantly and efficiently. The owner, John Patterson, came over, introduced himself, and offered us his cell phone number. OC Mazda had just the car we were looking for and we got quite a good deal. Highly recommend. More

The BEST experience start to finish!! I can’t say enough great things about our experience at Tustin Mazda! We live 3.5 hours away and I had found pre-owned car online and was a little weary of driving that far for it but I and was lucky enough to be contacted by Janell who was wonderful from start to finish! This was our first purchase from a dealership and she walked me through the whole process and made me feel completely comfortable. She provided accurate description and honest answers about the vehicle we were interested in. She kept in great contact from start to finish and comminuted with me via email and text - even on her birthday!! Once we made the drive she was even more amazing in person! She even helped us with an unexpected snafu with our Pre-Approved loan and ended up getting us an even better rate on the spot! she checked up on us the next day to see how the drive home was. Honestly would make the drive a hundred times over to have such amazing customer service! Thank you Janell!!! More
