Pictures can only tell you so much, and we've all had plenty of experiences before where the car sounds great, only to discover upon seeing it in real life that there are all sorts of problem the seller didn't disclose. Scratches, dents, rattles, squeaks — cars are impossible to buy sight unseen. I sent a quick email inquiry in anyway... just for research. It seemed like it would remain a pipe-dream, but Janell responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and reassured me every step of the way that the car was in great shape. I also did my due diligence and researched the dealer, and seeing the reviews like this one give me the confidence I needed to put down a deposit over the phone and buy a one-way, next-day ticket to Orange County. The next morning, Janell picked me up in the car at the airport herself, even though it was her day off. The car was in perfect shape, better than I had even hoped. We drove to the dealership, and the purchasing experience was just as easy - everyone there was very fair, honest, friendly, and helpful. By early afternoon I was riving back home in my beautiful Miata! OC / Tustin Mazda is truly a well-run organization - so much so that in the future when I look to purchase another Mazda, I will reach out to them first, despite being over 350 miles away. Enjoyable experience buying a car here I wasn't familiar with Mazda at all. The only thing that was not so pleasant was that for what ever reason, it took a long time for them to complete their paper work at the day which we picked up the car. We were eager to get out and drive the new car, but we sat there, waiting almost an hour for them to get the paper work ready. Shouldn't most of the paperwork be done before hand? More
