Used Car in mint condition. Sammy (The Bull) was a pleasure to work with! I called a few days earlier and they sold the car I wanted. Two days later Sammy called me to tell me th Sammy (The Bull) was a pleasure to work with! I called a few days earlier and they sold the car I wanted. Two days later Sammy called me to tell me the first buyer couldn't get financed and the car was still available. As I arrived he had the car ready to look at and test drive. Good experience Javier was my sale advisor and he was helpful in explaining all of the questions my daughter had regarding the new Mazda3. The only thing that was no Javier was my sale advisor and he was helpful in explaining all of the questions my daughter had regarding the new Mazda3. The only thing that was not so pleasant was that for what ever reason, it took a long time for them to complete their paper work at the day which we picked up the car. We were eager to get out and drive the new car, but we sat there, waiting almost an hour for them to get the paper work ready. Shouldn't most of the paperwork be done before hand? More

I got what I wanted I worked with first Rossi and then Javier to test drive and figure out what I would like to switch to for my new lease. Javier was very patient in helping me narrow down the feature I wanted and within my price range. Originally I was looking at the CX3 as I wanted to go for a lower payment than my current and when I went in to finalize it I was able to get back into a CX5 for less than my current ending lease and get it in the color I wanted. They really worked with me to see if we could meet in the middle. Financing was also very smooth and quick. Javier was also very attentive to making sure I knew all the feature and how to work them in the new model before I left. Thanks guys! More

No pressure, just pleasure! I worked primarily with Javier. My wife and I took a MX-5 Miata for a spin (I wanted to try it on as I'm rather large at 6'0", 270) for a guy my size I worked primarily with Javier. My wife and I took a MX-5 Miata for a spin (I wanted to try it on as I'm rather large at 6'0", 270) for a guy my size it's a car you wear. Despite my not wanting to rush into anything, Javier was happy to let us each take it for a drive. We loved it! He followed up as any good sales rep would but I told him I still needed some time to digest the experience. About two weeks later we got back in touch and made the deal happen. I was already very fortunate to get my 30th Anniversary Miata that I was pretty sure that I wasn’t going to get. The fact that Omar was able to make that happen for me was already amazing, but having the buying process be so quick and easy was an added bonus. The 120 mile round trip drive was absolutely worth it, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. More

Search is finally over! My husband and I were looking for vehicles since the spring and were having no luck. Either we didn't appreciate the dealers we visited or the cars th My husband and I were looking for vehicles since the spring and were having no luck. Either we didn't appreciate the dealers we visited or the cars they had were not up to our standards and liking. Then, we decided to try for our dealer where we get all of our Mazdas serviced (for the past five years). The employees were all very welcoming, especially of our 18-month old son who was with us for the several hours we were there. They offered lunch and beverages, and a playroom where we did most of the talks! Janell was so enthusiastic about Mazda and about the car we ended up getting, I couldn't help but feel energized by her. She was prompt, made the process of paperwork very clear, and she was with us until the end where we put the celebratory red bow on the car for a photo-op! Loved the passion that she and many of the workers at OC Mazda in Tustin bring to their work. They seem very, very happy to be part of this store. Grateful Janell could help us buy our third, next Mazda vehicle with satisfaction! More
