I was already very fortunate to get my 30th Anniversary Miata that I was pretty sure that I wasn’t going to get. The fact that Omar was able to make that happen for me was already amazing, but having the buying process be so quick and easy was an added bonus. The 120 mile round trip drive was absolutely worth it, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mazda. More

Search is finally over! My husband and I were looking for vehicles since the spring and were having no luck. Either we didn't appreciate the dealers we visited or the cars th My husband and I were looking for vehicles since the spring and were having no luck. Either we didn't appreciate the dealers we visited or the cars they had were not up to our standards and liking. Then, we decided to try for our dealer where we get all of our Mazdas serviced (for the past five years). The employees were all very welcoming, especially of our 18-month old son who was with us for the several hours we were there. They offered lunch and beverages, and a playroom where we did most of the talks! Janell was so enthusiastic about Mazda and about the car we ended up getting, I couldn't help but feel energized by her. She was prompt, made the process of paperwork very clear, and she was with us until the end where we put the celebratory red bow on the car for a photo-op! Loved the passion that she and many of the workers at OC Mazda in Tustin bring to their work. They seem very, very happy to be part of this store. Grateful Janell could help us buy our third, next Mazda vehicle with satisfaction! More

HAVE CONFIDENCE IN OC MAZDA, I DO! I have been wanting to buy a truck for awhile and after looking at other dealerships, Mazda came out with an ad, and since I am a Mazda owner, I am on I have been wanting to buy a truck for awhile and after looking at other dealerships, Mazda came out with an ad, and since I am a Mazda owner, I am on that list for specials! I have owned several Mazdas & loved them all! I still have my Mazda 3 Skyactive... I thought I would check out the CX9, but it didn't have all I needed. However, you had a pre owned vehicle a FORD F150 on the website, and with the confidence Mazda had built in me with the follow through in the past, I decided to check ot out & see if I could give you the business instead of a Ford dealership... So I called & then went to visit big Joe at OC MAZDA HB, he realized the truck was at the Tustin dealership. He called over to make sure it was there for me to test drive it, he referred me to Jim F. The fleet manager. Upon my arrival Jim was occupied, but handed me over to a great member of the TEAM Victor. Eventhough it was nearing 5pm (closing time) on July 4th, Victor took time with me and let me test out the vehicle. We made arrangements for me to come back in the morning. After thinking it over that night, I came back and made the decision to buy. Finance worked with me and Veronica did a great job! I also appreciated the friendly ladies at the front & Rossi entertained me with chat about muscle cars while I was waiting. Thanks for the picture, and for letting me borrow the bow! Both HB and Tustin OC MAZDAs have beautiful showrooms and amenities in the waiting areas! Specialty coffees and teas, water, Free wifi, charging areas....etc. This was a GREAT customer Service experience! I will continue to have confidence in Mazda, because of this. I will always refer friends, business associates and family here...even if it's for a pre-owned vehicle that is not a Mazda. Thank you very much! Sincerely, Brit More
