Just looking We were looking for a new car, I had been on the internet and Janell Keogh, popped up and asked what I was interested in we had already been contacted We were looking for a new car, I had been on the internet and Janell Keogh, popped up and asked what I was interested in we had already been contacted by a few dealers, we knew which car we wanted and narrowed the search down to 2 models CX-9 Grand Touring or the Signature. We were planning on just looking at the 2 cars side by side and then going to our Credit Union and purchasing through them (less hassle) dealing with sales people. So I made an appointment with Janell, told her up front we are not buying just looking. A short while later we have a deposit on the car (Signature) Janell was so kind, upbeat, and easy no pressure so we decided to do the deal right then. Even in finance Lori Houts was easy quick told us about the extras but did not seem like she was trying to up sale, thanks to both of these women GREAT Job! More
