On our first test drive, he provided helpful information but didn't try to oversell us, which was so appreciated that we decided we wanted to work with him. Eventually we negotiated a good deal on a lease and he prepared as much as he could before we arrived so that the closing paperwork was (relatively) fast. Jeff went the extra mile programming the car to our specifications. The dealership in general seemed to operate smoothly and was well maintained. They give lots of personal touches to make purchasing a car with them a quality, long term relationship. More
