No pressure Jeff was so great helping us out. He made us feel like there was no pressure at any point. He was so friendly and down to earth. Every step of the way Jeff was so great helping us out. He wanted to get us the best deals and make sure we walked away happy. The dealership (Jeff and Lori) worked with us on the down payment and helped us out on timing. Such a good experience. My experience at the Tustin dealership was exception I am absolutely in love with my Mazda CX-5, grand touring! Great value vehicle with cool seating! My experience at the Tustin dealership was exceptional. From arrival, Jeff showed us available options based on the requirements we provided and remained attentive throughout our visit. Test driving was fine. Cost was negotiable. It was also fun to learn that they do monthly events (pancakes) for the employees and customers. Might have to go back just for that. We went on the lot at the Mazda dealership in Tustin about a month ago. We were met there by Larry Henderson and immediately felt comfortable with him and his knowledge about cars and of course Mazdas! Larry was very professional and spent time with us showing us the two cars we were most interested in. We weren't ready to buy so we spent the next few weeks shopping similar cars. Out of all the salesmen we talked to Larry was the only one that stood out as a professional who cared enough to listen to our needs. Because of that we returned to Mazda and asked for Larry and spent another couple hours deciding which model fit us the best. Larry never pressured us, instead he worked to find us exactly what we were looking for. Our daughter wants to buy a Mazda and we will bring her back to Larry! We highly recommend this dealership!
