He's extremely passionate and knowledgeable about all things Mazda, which made me love my new car even more. I specifically wanted the 2018 Mazda 3 as a 5-door, manual transmission in dark blue, and Chance went above and beyond to make it happen with regular text updates about his search. He found the EXACT model I wanted and got me behind the wheel fast! I also appreciate him taking the time to guide me through the purchasing process as this was my first car purchase. Got an amazing car - 2019 Mazda3 Hatch Went into Tustin Mazda this week to look at the New Mazda3. I test drove it during on Tuesday and came back on Saturday to see about getting one. Long Went into Tustin Mazda this week to look at the New Mazda3. I test drove it during on Tuesday and came back on Saturday to see about getting one. Long story short -Had a great experience and Joshua was a great help. A special thumbs up to Joshua and Jim for helping set up a repair appointment for a paint blemish on the passenger side door. Annie was also very nice and informative as well. If I had any cons, it would be the following: I wish there was less "back and forth" haggling pricing and APR's. I know that's sometimes part of the deal when buying a car, but it's my least favorite part. I would have liked a more direct and bottom line number without having to haggle 3 or 4 times. Also, when in financing, I was surprised there was "lease tax" to the agreed upon lease payment. It was waived with the condition that I get the maintenance and paint finish, but it was still wasn't made clear to me when I agreed to the lease payment. Other than those 2 things... everything was awesome. Jim was also awesome, the ladies at the reception were awesome, and everyone else I met was awesome... and your coffee is awesome. Thanks again for everything! More

Shaun was willing to accommodate us and our four month old throughout every step of the experience. The dealership was clean and welcoming. I have never been in a dealership where the owner is walking the floor and meeting customers. John Patterson walked up to us and met our baby girl and spent at least 10-15 mins in conversation, true-genuine conversation. Everyone that worked at Tustin Mazda cared about the experience. We never felt pushed in any direction, only asked what we were looking for or what we want. Shaun found a way to make it work for us and quite honestly we benefited from the transaction far greater than the dealership.
