He was excited to show us the car and explained the different trim options. He took us on an extensive test drive so we could experience various road surfaces and driving conditions. Thanks to Chad’s high level of enthusiasm, we were able to picture ourselves owning this car. We ended up buying the CX-9 Grand Touring and we must say it was a pleasant purchasing experience with Chad as our sales rep. He was friendly, attentive, and had excellent customer service skills. We also want to thank Chance who helped seal the deal by answering some important technical questions we had about the car. More
