When it came down to financing, it was exactly where I needed it to be - no haggling or going back and forth about pricing. He literally found me my dream car that was at a affordable price (yes, used, but in excellent condition with low mileage and still affordable), which I NEVER thought I could get in my wildest dreams. Then BAM, I walked out of there within an hour, so excited and overwhelmed that I left my purse at Tustin Mazda and had to drive back to get it. Purchasing my new vehicle was great, but there are processing issues with lease returns and what they do with the cars afterwards. More
