He showed us exactly what we wanted, knew every inch of the car, and wasn't pushy in the slightest. After dealing with pushy, unknowledgeable, judgmental salesman for weeks working with Larry was a breath of fresh air. When it came time to purchase our Mazda Larry and the team here worked very hard and brought us a better offer than we anticipated was possible, and for that we are very grateful. Very friendly I went there knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and how much I could afford to pay for it (which was less than the sticker price). Larry got me exactly the car I wanted Larry was great. I know very little about cars and the car-buying process, so I really appreciated how patient he was with me, and how he took it upo Larry was great. He was very informative and helped get the perfect car with the perfect specs. I never felt uncomfortably pressured. I am very happy with my purchase. The financing department was a different story (and was unrelated to Larry, who again was great). I know it's the finance peoples' job to try to get you to buy additional packages and features like the extended warranty, but the financing representative was curt and rude and was very clearly trying to pull one over on me. For example, she told me that there was a special employee-plan pricing for the extended warranty. I confirmed with two Mazda higher-ups after the fact that this was not true - she was just concerned about her own personal commission and not my well being. The shady representative is why I knocked the rating down one star. More

We went in for a test drive, and left with a brand new leased CX-5, all thanks to Larry. When he was helping us, Larry demonstrated amazing professionalism and great knowledge about the vehicles. He took upon himself to go over as many details about the cars as possible, answered all of our questions, provided us with helpful advice, and stayed well beyond his shift to make sure we were taken care of. Just like going into any car dealership, you have to do your homework beforehand and be well prepared. We had to argue against the high interest rate and low-balled trade-in price they were trying to put on us. Even then, the price we got was far from good. Come to think about it, one main reason we eventually decided to sign the deal was because how great and helpful Larry was. More

We have visited Honda and other dealerships and did not get the same level of detailed specification provided to us. Though it was very late in the evening, Robert worked with us, till we had our hands on the car and drove off from the dealership.
