Great Experiance I wen’t to 3 different Mazda car dealerships. It wasn’t until I made it to OC Mazda that I knew my shearch was going to be over. I wasn’t jerked aro I wen’t to 3 different Mazda car dealerships. It wasn’t until I made it to OC Mazda that I knew my shearch was going to be over. I wasn’t jerked around or made to feel like I had to hurry with my decisions. Shaun wasn’t the typical type of car salesman you’d expect to find. He didn’t make me feel rushed, when I let him know what I was looking for he didn’t try to sell me on something else, or something with more flash and added gadgets of which I didn’t ask for. I couldn’t recommend OC Mazda more, of you’re there be sure to ask for Shaun! More

Everyone else was friendly and accommodating as well. It was a SUPER hot day (about 100 degrees) and they always asked if I needed water or anything to make my experience more comfortable. The finance part felt like it went quickly compared to any other dealership I'd ever been to. I will be back in 3 years for my next lease. Shaun if you're still there I'll be back to see you. More

Car was great and Robert was no pressure because he knew I had just started looking to see what I wanted. When I was ready to buy later in the week, Robert and Josh were great. I knew exactly what I wanted, and they didn't try to upswell or put on a bunch of add ons that I didn't want. They had the car ready for me when I got there as well as a price that matched the best offer I currently had. Overall it took about three hours from when we got there to when we left with the car, but everything was very easy, minimal back and forth with the sales manager, and I felt respected and appreciated as a customer which was different than other experiences I had. The best thing was that Robert understood that while my husband was there with me, I was buying the car and addressed me, versus only talking to my husband. I got the car I want for the price I wanted. The process was easy, and everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. More
