Excellent service with only a few hiccups My initial impression was excellent. I went into test drive a car. I already knew I wanted a Mazda, it was just a matter of determining which exact mo My initial impression was excellent. I went into test drive a car. I already knew I wanted a Mazda, it was just a matter of determining which exact model. The sales person wasn't pushy, helped with getting me the information I needed, allowing me to make the right decision. THEN - I went online, contacted a half dozen dealers in the area to get quotes to lease for the exact model. Some of the dealers where great, others not so much. The sales person I initially dealt with didn't answer my question, and kept deflecting it to "come in and we'll talk." It wasn't until Omar (the internet sales person), that we got answers. Omar is amazing. He not only answered the exact request for the quote, he provided additional information making the this dealer the obvious choice. From that point through finalizing the paperwork Omar was excellent. For us, while we wanted a good price for the car, we wanted a sales person who listened to our request and answered them directly. Omar is that person. HIGHLY recommend Omar and the OC Mazda Dealership. More

The only experience that was not enjoyable was the somewhat pushy finance rep as she tried very hard to push all the add-on packages that were offered. More
