After the deal, he took his time with us and explained every bell and whistle and even set up my blue tooth and made sure I was comfortable using every feature. Obviously we prefer Mazdas as they are superior to most other cars in asthetics and reliability but we keep coming back to Tustin Mazda because of Jim and the rest of the team!! Wonderful Experience with Robert Nelson We all know how hard it is to go to a car dealership and come out happy! But for the first time it was not the case for me and this was because of Rob We all know how hard it is to go to a car dealership and come out happy! I previously leased a Mazda 3 from this dealership and I can tell you it wasn't the best experience, however this time I had an amazing experience! Robert contacted me 2 months before the end of my lease and he offered me a promotion for the 2018 Mazda 3. I told him that I just want to weigh my options and see if leasing another Mazda is the best choice for me! When we met, I told him all about the factors that I had in mind for a new car and that I am restricted on the budget. He patiently listened , took all of my info and he said he will do his best to get me to the price point that I want! And HE DID! Without any hussle, he came back with the exact numbers that I had in mind for the new 2018 Mazda 3 Touring! With him, it was fast, easy and fun ( something that never happens when buying a car).
