Tustin Mazda, owner John Patterson, Internet Director Jim Feinstein, Finance Manager Regina Smith, and Service Advisor Elle Cervantes have all set a standard higher than any other I have experienced in 40+ years of car purchases. We have been doing business with them for 9 years, and really could not be happier. Two weeks ago we came in to buy a new CX-5 (we are big Mazda fans, since our first, a 1976 Miata), and the experience was as positive and satisfying as the first time. The price and the package behind it are just unbeatable, and you always (seriously) feel like you're family there. I give it 6 stars! More

I was looking for a bottom line and straight forward answers and ready to buy a car that same day. I had prepared myself allowing a mental month in my head to do this deed however, if i found a car that day the better for me as I am a single mom and work many long hours. We were greeted by a young gentleman named Chance and he was perfect. He had no problem answering my questions directly and was a very sincere young man. We were actually called upon signing a lease from the previous dealership where we were not given undivided attention and felt more like a number than individuals. I had to point out that my daughter was a 20 year old college student and we were not going where he was trying to take us. Chance understood the differences between the need and the want am comfortably met us at where we needed to be. The financial department was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. More
