I just purchased my 2011 Mazda 3 from this dealership on Sunday, April 3rd and was so incredibly happy with the excellent customer service they provided me and my boyfriend during my time spent there. In addition, Sammy was very informative and friendly that he made my experience as good as it can be for a first time car buyer :) With regard to Management, Mike made my experience a greater one when he helped me in every way possible in giving me a good deal and definitely made my trip to the dealership the best possible. I truly appreciate excellent customer service and greatly appreciated the fact that they understood my situation and made things work for me in which they did. Tustin Mazda is the best! I bought a 2011 Mazda 3. Vinnie was awesome....really easy going, not pushy, slick or slimy. I got good treatment all around and a good price. We went in to purchase a new CX-9. Our Sales Associate Drazen met us at the door and was very courteous and respectful throughtout the entire transaction. I first must say it says something when the owner of the dealer is as active in a deal as any other salesman on the floor. I feel I got a killer deal on a 2011 Mazda3 Hatchback, with far more options I had originally looked for, at roughly what I had figured (money wise) on a "stripped down" model. The customer service was great, continuously making sure we had everything we needed, and knew when to walk away so I can talk it over with my father. John and Jim were not pushy at all, and were very transparent in every aspect of the deal- from trade in to finance. I would highly recommend this dealer, and can honestly say I hope this is one dealer I would love to see expand and grow. More

You read everywhere that car buying is such a frustrating experiencing, but when I came here, it was the exact opposite - you will actually ENJOY the process of buying a car. In terms of pricing, I don't think it could get much better. There was no "let me check with my sales manager" for 3 hours, haggling. Through the Costco program, it's simple - they sell you the vehicles at invoice - not a penny more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new Mazda. Save yourself the hassle and save yourself some time by going here first before any other dealer. More

The atmosphere at the dealership was great. The staff was friendly and I received a good price. Lori in financing was so nice and made the paperwork go fast. Jim, Ozzy, Lori and I sat in the office after and talked for about 10 minutes afterwards and I never had that experience at a dealer before. Tustin Mazda really gets it and understands how to treat their customer and I will highly recommend them to anybody that wants a Mazda.
