We were looking for a fully loaded 2010 CX9 with low miles. We are from San Diego, but the only one available at a dealership in SD was at Westcott Mazda and they were unwilling to compromise on price. miles. The salesman ended up being rude and said we were too far apart to make ends meet so we ended the discussion. Fair enough. So after searching around the internet, Tustin Mazda had the same car available for $2k less than in SD. My initial phone discussion was with Garrett who was super friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and accommodating. I asked if he could install a DVD player and certify the car which he was happy to do. The next day, I drove to Tustin Mazda, checked out the car, and put down a deposit since my wife was not available to come to the dealership that day (Wed). The car was supposed to be ready Saturday evening. On Thursday, another CX9 that was the same year, options, and miles became available at their dealership that was about $1300 less expensive than the one I had reserved. While initially concerned that I was stuck in the deal I had already made, Big Mike immediately agreed to either sell me the less expensive car or price match on the one I had already selected. Because the car I had already chosen had been prepped, Mike agreed to price match. I think the integrity and ethical treatment I received with price matching on a deal that was partway done was outstanding! So many dealerships have shady business practices that it was a pleasure to deal with friendly, knowledgeable, AND ethical people who will treat you right. I would highly recommend anyone doing business with Tustin Mazda and will recommend them to my friends. They saved me $3,000 compared to the lousy dealership in San Diego! And to boot, the car ended up being ready a day early so we picked it up Friday evening. Could not have asked for a better experience! More

Vinnie is awesome. Hands down, the best person I've ever worked with in the cars business (I'm on my fourth car). Helpful, professional, and friendly. Everyone at Tustin Mazda made me feel comfortable and I didn't have that awful stressed feeling you get with most dealers. They did exactly what they said they would do with no hidden costs or last minute higher payments are needed. I was not even sure I could get a car with my credit rating yet they made it work and didn't even make that an issue. Cannot praise this dealer enough. Just go and get a car from them, you'll see.
