Once I was there, he showed me a variety of different cars and models and fell in love with the CX50 that he had showed me. He has such a positive spirit that makes you excited about the experience. He went above and beyond which I am so grateful. My experience with Mazda has been beyond my expectations and I'm treated as if I'm family there. My experience at Tustin Mazda was great as far a car buying goes. I usually dread feeling with pushy salespeople who car more about a sale, than the best interest of the customer. Charles and the Tustin Mazda team were well-informed, helpful, and made me feel taken care of every step of the way. I even left to go car shopping elsewhere and never felt pressured to stay behind, but came back when I found their offers to be the best in the area.
