Although my grandson had told me months prior to “check out Tustin Mazda” I was hesitant at first. The minute I walked into the Tustin Mazda showroom & was greeted by Charles, I knew my visit was going to out Tustin Mazda” I was hesitant at first. The minute I walked into the Tustin Mazda showroom & was greeted by Charles, I knew my visit was going to be a great one-and it was. Charles was very knowledgeable with the car I wanted. He focused & listened to what I was looking for, and he delivered. Not only did I end up purchasing the exact car I wanted, Charles setup my entire radio system & walked me though each & every detail of my car. Between Charles & salesman Victor ( thank you for connecting my apps & giving me the USB cord)-Tustin Mazda is definitely the place to buy your next car, this store exceeded my expectation of service & personal detail. Ask for Charles Pulser-his energizing personality, patience, & willingness to listen to you-will leave you driving off with your new car, too! This was my first time buying a car in 15 years in part because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was because I really dislike the buying process. While that is still true, I must say that my experience at Tustin Mazda really was excellent. Larry was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and easy going. Everyone else I interacted with was very nice. The process was very smooth and didn't even cost me my whole day. I really appreciated that Larry took the time to give me a full tour of all my new car's features before I drove off. I would definitely return to Tustin Mazda and Larry if I am ever in the market for another Mazda. More
