Knew I was anxious about feeling they will "upsale" me things I don't need fixing, but he made me feel comfortable and didn't feel pressured in getting anything. I would definitely recommend coming and ask for him. I felt he was very patient, listens to me as I don't know anything about cars and explains in ways I would understand. Added bonus, my appointment was around dinner time and had not had dinner as I came straight from work and he hooked me up with a voucher for a free subway sandwich. Didn't know how hungry I was until I got there. Thank you for making this a very pleasant visit and treating your customers with kindness and respect. More

Misleading posts on their website. When I tried to reiterate to the sales person that their website is literally wrong , she comes back to me and says in the offer I sent you it states the Vehicles’ full trim level. If that’s the case then fix your post before even putting it on your website! Then when I tried to voice my complains to the dealership to inform the General or Sales manager of the post, the receptionist states that no manager is onsite. It’s 3:30 PM PST, really? Never recommending this dealership to anyone again. I use to work deals for family members with good salespeople but that has since gone down the drain. More

Unsatisfied with Service - Missed Alignment Issue (written on 10/17/2025, hour 19 minute 32) I had brake pads and brake fluid replaced on my 2011 Toyota Sienna in March 2025. The service team never checked or mentioned wheel alignment. By October, my Michelin tires showed excessive shoulder wear. Costco Tire Center confirmed it was due to misalignment -- and I lost the tire warranty because of it. Disappointing that such a basic issue was overlooked. A simple alignment check could have saved me a lot of trouble. Be Cautious with Certain Salespeople. (written on 10/17/2025, hour 18 minute 50) I recently visited this dealership (Tustin Toyota ) on Sunday, October 12, 2025, around 7 PM to inquire about a new 2026 Toyota Corolla LE. I was quoted a base price of $24,000, but the salesperson also told me there would be a market adjustment of $3,000 added on top of that. I left feeling frustrated and unsure if I was being misled. I wondered whether this was an honest sales tactic or just an attempt to take advantage of a potential buyer. I strongly recommend doing your research ahead of time and being very mindful of which salesperson you deal with at the Tustin Toyota dealership. Inaccurate Online Inventory - Felt Misled Their website showed 8 Toyota Corollas in stock, which is why I visited the dealership. But when I arrived, the salesperson told me they only had one Corolla available. What? More
