One of the worst experiences my husband and I have ever had in trying to purchase a car. First we are serious purchasers and came in today, took the time to test drive a Toyota Camry SXE hybrid looking for had in trying to purchase a car. Sat down to start paperwork and then we're told SORRY this car that you have been looking at for over an hour you can't have because we sold it to someone else. Mind you these buyers were nowhere to be seen. Bad management, bad communication, bad business. I will deter everyone I know from going to this dealership! More

Started working with CODY CARTER about 3 months ago. Took a couple of weeks to know which car I was looking for. Then it was time to talk numbers and lock in pricing ( per Cody if locked in before next month a couple of weeks to know which car I was looking for. Had no problem communicating though text as he would respond within an hour or so after each text. Waited 2 months for the car to be manufactured and shipped. Past 2 weeks been trying to get a hold of the guy and nothing!called dealer/ texted multiple times and no response! I Would have my friends call and pose as new customers and he would call them back instantaneously ! Called manager and complained regarding issue and he texts 10 mins later saying car won’t be manufactured due to Covid. Checked inventory 2 days later and car is on the lot! All of this non sense just so they can sell car for a couple of grand more! Time wasted/ lesson learned. More

I had a 10:20 appointment for the first prepaid maintenance on a new hybrid and at 12:30pm they came to say they had not yet started anything. I informed them that I had an appointment I could not maintenance on a new hybrid and at 12:30pm they came to say they had not yet started anything. I informed them that I had an appointment I could not miss or postpone at 2pm, and if they could not get the car finished by that time I would need to reschedule. I am writing this at 1:10 after wasting more than three hours at a dealership that failed at what must be a simple task and did not even have the courtesy to get me on my way when they realized they had scheduled far too much work for their mechanics. Traded in my old F-150 Truck six months ago. Tustin Toyota never completely paid off my trade in, now I am stuck with the bill and is going to collections....no one returns my calls or responds to my e Toyota never completely paid off my trade in, now I am stuck with the bill and is going to collections....no one returns my calls or responds to my emails in this place. I will never do business again in this dealership. Worst experience ever. Tried contacting the GM of the dealership to address the issue, I was told he is never there and he never talks to customers directly. Ford finance is now threatening to take me to collections and ruin my credit due to the lack of follow up from Tustin Toyota staff. More
