I was shocked he just handed me the paperwork and directed me to the cashier. I expected him to review the findings, like your tired thread is ..... or your brakes still have ........just some friendly review. Instead he left me to read the invoice myself as I went to pay the cashier. There is room for improvement in Customer Service is a big deal for me. More

Came in for my 5k regular maintenance. 21 inspection, tire rotation & top off fluids. Wait time was an hour which wasn’t bad for a Friday afternoon. I liked how my advisor Tom didn’t update services and let me know my back break will need a change soon. Quoted me a price. This location has subway and complimentary coffee. So it makes the wait manageable. They have a business room where you can work and have a quiet environment. I recommend this dealership for all your needs.
