I have been going to Tustin Toyota for service of my Sienna and Camry in the past 6 years. Roy has trained up a good team, who are very professional and helpful. I would say the service is done right and problem resolved at first trial 99% of the time, and once in a while when they didn't fix the problem the first time, when I took it back, they went out of their way to get my car back on the road as quickly as possible without charging me another dime! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they are the people that I can trust, and I seriously cannot ask for more. The only thing that may have made it not as perfect was their facility was getting old and the customer lounge area is not as great as some other dealership, but they just moved to a new facility a few doors over on this Monday. Today was my first visit at the new facility when I brought my Sienna there for an oil change, and I was very impressed to see that they are getting really close to Lexus standard now. I take my other cars to service at Fletcher Jones and Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel, and I have to say that this new Tustin Toyota facility is not very different than those "high end" dealerships, but I am paying a much more reasonable price for excellent service here! Service with Chad and Roy has involved "routine" maintenance as well as unscheduled repairs. He remembers me upon arrival, and is welcoming, courteous, and knowledgeable of the possibile situation(s) I may be experiencing. Chad is excellent at follow-up. I can count on him to call me to advise of the findings rather than me having to call him. If Ray is nearby, he also seems to remember his customers from past experience and, as busy as he is, takes the time to say hello. I couldn't ask for better relationships! I have special-ordered a specialty item from the parts department, and both Greg and Loren have provided the best customer service I could have asked for! Greg researched the availability of the product, and contacted me upon its arrival. When I requested more of the same item to give as gifts, Greg was unavailable and Loren processed my order with the same excellent service. The product had to be special- ordered again, and Loren contacted me upon its arrival. It took several weeks for the item to arrive each time it was ordered, and it could have been easy for the staff to forget about me, but both Greg and Loren followed-up as promised each time! The cashiers and "greeting" staff are consistently welcoming, friendly, and make immediate eye contact upon entering the facility. They offer assistance, and have been accurate and efficient in processing the paperwork and explaining and answering my questions. Everything has been completed correctly on every visit to this dealership, and the experience has been exceptionally pleasant! More
