He has helped me find parts that may not even be thought of by many people, and he has listened to my needs, and suggested items. For example, to protect the finish of my car against rocks, before a long road-trip, he suggested the clear adhesive film to go on my car. I have been happy with this. He always acknowledges me whenever I walk into the parts department. Even if I have concerns about other issues with my car or the dealership, he is always there to hear what I have to say, and helps me talk to the proper people, etc. He is genuinely interested in helping the customer, and always wants to make things right. Loren is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Tustin Toyota. More

Crooks. Promised they NEVER charge any storage charges, even if left for months and the car is not repaired after the FREE estimate. Lied (totally guessed) twice about what the car needed, without any prop even if left for months and the car is not repaired after the FREE estimate. Drained the brand new 12v car battery doing a simple diagnosis, and left all 4 windows wide open outside during weeks of heavy winter rains!!! Wouldn't even take the 5 minutes to charge the 12v battery they drained, to roll up the power windows!! Instead, they taped plastic sheeting on all windows, which left gaping holes for rain to enter and left glue on the car!! At the end of months, they suddenly told me I owed over $2000 in storage fees and that they already liened my car to sell it for storage costs!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPT!!!!! HORRIBLE CROOKS!!!!!!! More

I've been bringing my corolla here for service for the last 3 years. Service has always been excellent! The staff has been helpful and recently went out of their way for me. I was faced with a major financial problem since an independent tire dealer told me that my front struts on my 2010 Camry Hybrid were leaking and this could effect tire longevity. After reading about Camry strut problems online, I was not looking forward to taking my car to Toyota since many online blogs noted that the dealerships would not replace them. My experience with Javier Bernal at Tustin Toyota was not anywhere close to what I read online. Javier was a focused listener and was very interested in what I had to say. He was genuine, smiled and remembered my name later in the day. When I drove up he told me that the car would be placed on the rack immediately and he got back with the evaluation within 15 minutes! He came over by where I was sitting and sat down next to me, with the assistance of a diagram, explained the problem. To my joy he said that he was ordering the struts and would place them on the car the next day. I'm just recovering from a heart operation and any setback throws me for a tizzy. I was anticipating a worker that didn't care what I was going through and that I would be faced with a bill that was larger than I could afford. The timing of the good news and Javier's ability to be a good listener, made my experience at Tustin Toyota a GREAT one! I own three Toyotas and I will continue to have them serviced at Tustin Toyota and will hope that I'm lucky enough to have Javier be the order writer. More

I have had my (2) vehicles serviced at this dealership for 10+ years. The service advisers with whom I have worked (Javier and Earl) have always been friendly and helpful. I have generally been pleased with the quality of the dealership's work. I think that I pay a bit more than I would at an independent repair facility, but I appreciate that they do good work and that I can depend on them to stand behind their work. Case in point: I recently elected to have a rebuilt engine installed in my 4-Runner (the engine had some issues given its age -- it has served me well for over 270,000 miles). Unfortunately, the engine that was installed failed after just a few months (this was due to poor workmanship by the facility that supplied the engine). As Tustin Toyota had contracted with the company that made the engine, they stood behind their work and ordered a new engine from a different facility. I paid nothing. My 4-Runner is back on the road and the dealership has reset the clock on the 1 year warranty that they provided to me on the repairs and the replacement engine. More
