I purchased my 2002 Toyota Sequoia from the dealer and have used them exclusivley for my service needs. For nearly the last 6+ years I have dealt almost exclusivley with Mike Freeman as my service advisor have used them exclusivley for my service needs. The service is performed in the time promised, as i frequently wait. And Mike always keeps me informed about issues as they arise and the most expediant and reasonable solution. In a nutshell, Mike is professional, receptive, and responsive. The dealer has and Enterprise rental facility on site, making it convenient if a loaner is needed. And the hours o operation are extensive with weekend and night appointments available. More
