I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received from salesperson Brandon Guo at Tustin Toyota. I was surprised and disappointed that, upon receiving the car key, Mr. Guo with the service I received from salesperson Brandon Guo at Tustin Toyota. I was surprised and disappointed that, upon receiving the car key, Mr. Guo provided no vehicle overview and did not offer a test drive. Of greater concern was his apparent lack of familiarity with the vehicle's features. When I inquired about specific functionalities, he was unable to provide answers, citing his limited English proficiency. This indicated a notable lack of preparedness. Additionally, Mr. Guo exhibited inattentive and unprofessional conduct, frequently looking around, answering his phone, and leaving our conversation to attend to other matters. Based on this experience, I CANNOT AND WOULD NOT recommend Mr. Guo's services and hope this feedback will be used to emphasize the importance of comprehensive product knowledge and professional customer engagement.
