Cody Carter sold me my 2024 RAV4 Prime XSE with Premium Package at a great price, communicated with me regularly to update me on the status of the vehicle after I put down a deposit. I let him know I'd be there at the end of the week to pick up the car, he gave me the checklist of items to send him prior to coming to the dealership. Everything was ready when I arrived at the dealership and after going out and setting up Toyota connect with the car and Hannah Green's help, we went into the showroom and signed papers and I was in and out under 1.5 hours. It was the best, easiest buying experience of my life and Cody made me feel like a VIP client while I was there. I took my father to the dealership and at the end, he was ready to buy a car from Cody after talking with him and seeing my buying experience.
