Never Again They had my Genesis for more than a week due to their own incompetence. They gave me a "loaner car" from Enterprise with the promise to pay for it. They had my Genesis for more than a week due to their own incompetence. They gave me a "loaner car" from Enterprise with the promise to pay for it. 3 MONTHS LATER Enterprise charged my credit card more than $200 for the "loaner". Enterprise told me Tuttle Click refused to pay for it. I called Tuttle Click & was transferred around until someone said they would call me back. They did not call me back. I have had many poor experiences at Tuttle Click, but this is the last one. I will never shop or get service there again. I don't know how they stay in business with the way they treat customers.
