The 2016 Elantra Sport is my 2nd Elantra with the first being a 2013 Elantra GT. I first met Seon Kim in 2013 when I was test driving cars and he helped based on what I was needing in a car to choose the right car for my needs. Seon is professional and when it is time to buy or lease my next car I will come back to Seon. Seon is excellent at his follow up and was in touch with me many times during the lease. Then there is Donny. He is the finance manager and professional at his job. I give Seon, Donny and everyone at Tuttle-Click Hyundai 5 stars and I will write a review for you on Yelp. Typical "Car Dealer" Experience (1) The usual "games" occurred during price negotiations; (2) Although the car had been "dealer-prepped", three tires had tire pressure 3 1/2 lbs high (1) The usual "games" occurred during price negotiations; (2) Although the car had been "dealer-prepped", three tires had tire pressure 3 1/2 lbs higher than recommended, and one tire was 2 lbs lower. That indicates either no one checked, or he/she did a sloppy job; (3) Again, "dealer prep" should have found the coolant reservoir was/is just 1/2 inch above the "Low" marker. I know it doesn't need to be "Full", but this is obviously unusually low and should have been topped off; (4) I brought the car to the Service department and one of the reps told me "as long as the coolant level is between Low and Full, it is OK". Since the level was/is 1/2 inch above Low, technically he is correct, but I'm sure he wouldn't let his own vehicle coolant get that low before adding coolant; (5) the salesman who explained the workings of the car did a good job, and promised to provide an internet link to an online video of the "users manual", but never did. 4.The salesman who gave me an overview of the workings of the car did a very good job, but told me a video version of the User Manual was online (YouTube). When I couldn't find the video, I called him and he said he would find the link and tell me, but I have yet to hear from him. More
