They were a little high pressure. I found I was a little overwhelmed at times. I do not think I would send someone to them that could not stick up for themselves. Tom and Ramses went above and beyond to match our needs with the vehicle and the pricing we needed for our lease. Tom Yater did an amazing job finding exactly what I wanted. My 2025 Cherokee summit reserve was totaled in an accident in Jan. Tom found me the perfect replacement another 2025 grand Cherokee summit reserve. When my schedule was conflicting with Tom’s, he made it happen anyway by having Ivan help out with pick up. Ivan was just as wonderful as Tom. I appreciate everything Tom, Ivan and Jason did to get back whole after my accident. I have now purchased 6 vehicles through Twin City and will come back again when we are ready for the next vehicle. More

We made our deal and drove 4. 5 hours to Twin Cities. Gave our old Wrangler up. Tom and Tyrus turned us around in minimum time. Overtime for them really. With no mistakes. The 5 hours to Twin Cities. Gave our old Wrangler up. Tom and Tyrus turned us around in minimum time. Overtime for them really. With no mistakes. The new Wrangler turned out to be a little cheaper than we had expected. This made the 4.5 hour drive home a little more fun. Tom Yater is a 10 star salesman for sure. More
