I can't copy and paste the email that I sent to John Cnota because it is too long. The short version is the service was abysmal. Tony Cron was incredibly rude to Marc and I. I have no confidence that tw Cnota because it is too long. The short version is the service was abysmal. Tony Cron was incredibly rude to Marc and I. I have no confidence that twin City Dodge can perform any repairs in a timely manner. The communication was nonexistent. Wanted standard oil change and asked them to check noise in rear- and fix! Got phone message it was spare tire that loosened up - but they could not find my jack and stuff ! How’s it a Dealership does not have a simple tool to tighten. Loose spare tire! And NO - it was not fixed and yet got charged over $100 for doing nothing! More
