Arrived 15 minutes early for a SCHEDULED oil change. I was checked in 15 minutes late due to only ones person checking clients in. Was told it worked be 30-45 minutes to complete the oil change. Checked in after 45 minutes and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I had another appointment (thinking 60 minutes would be PLENTY of time to have oil change completed). One of your representatives was kind enough to shuttle me to my appointment which lasted 60 minutes. Then, he picked me up. On my way back to the dealership I got a text that my vehicle was finished. Almost 2 hours for an oil change that was almost $100. NEVER AGAIN! More
