I had my son's Charger in for a recall. The work was done in a timely manner but when we picked the car up the headliner had multiple black scuff marks. I called the service department back and the advisor was rude and forwarded my call to the manager. The call went to voicemail. I left a detailed message and I still have not received a call back. I am very disappointed in the poor service and lack of professionalism. More

We we’re there for 3 hours for a oil change and replace the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract t the bulbs in my fog lights When I made my appointment I said I needed my fog light bulbs changed They only had one bulb and had to go fast tract the other one I would have thought they would have made sure before my appointment that they had the parts I have been bringing my jeep in for 9 years and this was the worst service experience I have ever had The only good thing about the whole experience is that they didn’t charge us for the service If it wasn’t for the warranty I probably would never come back for any service More

Mechanic wasn’t good at his job. I had to make two trips because he didn’t check out my brake caliper. My total bill was over $2000 dollars. Quick lane service took over twice the time quoted to finish. Multipoint inspection results were never provided and oil not cleaned from chassis after oil change causing a nice puddle of used oil to stai finish.
