I would like to recommend Twins Buick GMC to anyone looking for a new car or pre-owned. I just purchased the 2020 Encore GX this past week. My first Buick. The entire process was unlike any previous experience I have had. Brandon was my Sales Professional. He not only listened to my preferences, but never strayed away from showing me the best options to reach my desired goal. Every aspect of the sales process was handled with a focus on Exceeding My Expectations. At the time of delivery, Brandon went over every detail of the car, the amenities, and stayed with me until I was comfortable with each one. There is a presence and feeling of "family" at the dealership. It is refreshing to see neatly dressed sales professionals, a clean and bright showroom. The most impressive thing I noticed was the atmosphere. Every person that I came in contact with , greeted me with a smile and asked if I was being helped. Definitely a 5 star experience. . More

2017 Honda odyssey with tons of issues I would say overall my experience with this car dealership was disappointing... I bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey SE back on Saturday July 25th 2020 from I would say overall my experience with this car dealership was disappointing... I bought a 2017 Honda Odyssey SE back on Saturday July 25th 2020 from the salesman named Steve. I felt like the process was rushed when doing the paperwork and I failed to do more research on the car before buying it. Steve is your typical grimy sleazy used car salesman. Rush you through the process and not go over all the information with you before signing the paperwork. I take some responsibility with not looking into the car more before purchasing and it was stupid of me but be careful with this guy. I had my first issue when driving home. The windshield mold on the side of the windshield came flying off as Im doing 70mph down the highway and it scared the crap out of me and my pregnant girlfriend . I was only 10 minutes from the dealership so I turned around and let them know about it. They said they would fix it I would just need to bring the car to them the next week after they order the parts. I get the car home and the next day the air bag sensor goes off. I was annoyed by this time and I looked up the carfax to this car and come to find out it had been in 3 accidents. The airbag never deployed but I was annoyed the accidents were never discussed at the time of buying the car. Steve weaseled in the paper where the signature is required on the carfax into a big stack of paperwork. I was never shown the information about the accidents. I never saw it and signed it. I took the car into Twins to get the airbag sensor and windshield mold fixed on Monday the 27th. Judd Paterson said he would take care of it. They had my car for two weeks and gave me a loaner which wasn't bad but just more of an inconvenience. They had to send my car to a Honda dealership to have it fixed and they paid for it but this car was supposed to go through an inspection before selling that I doubt they ever did one! So I got the car back on 8/3/2020 and now there's two back taillight bulbs out. I just feel like they did a ***** poor job at getting this vehicle ready to sell and I feel cheated that they didnt disclose all the information to me. I will be taking this car to my local honda dealership for repairs if anything else goes wrong. Im done dealing with these shady people. It was a huge mistake coming to this place. Now the Transmission is hard shifting and seeming like its skipping gears. 8/12/2020 I took my 2017 Honda Odyssey to the Honda dealership to have it inspected and come to find out the transmission is slipping like I originally thought. Honda put out a service bulletin to flush the transmission 3x"s and change the filter to see if that works. If this doesn't work I will be telling Honda to replace the transmission since it is under the 6 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. Even though this is a known issue with the Honda Odyssey I find it hard to believe Twins Buick and GMC didnt know about this issue before selling it. This car dealership is a joke. $19,000 van with 30,000 miles should not be having these issues. *** Also was told yesterday that I needed a new battery by the certified Honda mechanics that looked at my car. So just to recap my 4 weeks of owning this car and all the issues its needed new windshield molding, airbag sensor, 2 taillight bulbs, transmission flushed and a new battery. THIS CAR WAS NOT READY TO SELL! More
