I didn’t buy my Car from Twin but I WILL take it there for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they for any service needed! I was upset because my radio/screen wouldn’t show the station or who was singing the song. I called another dealer and they said I would have to leave the car for the whole day! I called Twin, spoke to service mgr. Mark. He said bring it in-should take about an hour. I did and they re-programmed it and I was out in 1 hr and 15 min. The service department was so friendly and the wait area was clean and had coffee/tea. And they didn’t even charge me for it! I’m 82 and was so happy I didn’t have to make arrangements to leave my car for the entire day!! Best service department ever! Dale. More
