Had to call the dealership multiple times to ask questions and they were always very friendly and ready to help. Sarah, Hannah and Gina were super friendly over the phone. He was stern with his answers which threw my mom and I off guard because we weren't aware that the prices are "as-is" with no room for negotiation when we were just seeing our best option. He also said that it would be detailed for me while I signed and when I got in after purchasing it definitely wasn't detailed. Still had tobacco in the console that was there when I test drove it :( More
